I am Olivié Ponce, an artist with a deep commitment to combining creativity and sustainability. Based in Brooklyn, New York, I specialize in both traditional and contemporary artistic techniques, such as Venetian plaster, custom finishes, and abstract painting. My journey in art began with a profound connection to nature, which led me to explore the beauty and fragility of the environment in my work.
With a formal education in Fine Arts, I strive to create pieces that transcend the visual, evoking strong emotional responses and encouraging reflection on our relationship with the world around us. My abstract series "Petroleum" explores the inevitable decline of oil, blending chaotic textures and gestural patterns to provoke empathy for environmental issues and global awareness. This work, along with other projects, aims to generate change and promote a sustainable future through the powerful medium of art.
